Service Description. This Site describes Junk Removal Service, Furniture Delivery Service, Appliance Removal Service, Courier Service, Moving Service provided by Hitman Trucking & Delivery. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://movingcompanyselden.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hitman Trucking & Delivery or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Hitman Trucking & Delivery does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Hitman Trucking & Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Hitman Trucking & Delivery from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
